Our Apartment

Description:

The apartment with sea views is located on the 1st floor of the apartment complex Playa Sol, 150m away from the fine sandy beach in Sa Coma. The Playa Sol complex is equipped with a pool, 2 elevators and parking.

The apartment is suitable for 2 persons but can be extended to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children and 1 toddler up to 3 years old.

Fully equipped and furnished is a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, bathroom / WC and balcony.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm) and a built-in wardrobe.

The living room has a sofa bed, suitable for 2 persons (160x200cm).

A cot / highchair can be provided free of charge upon request.

Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, induction hob, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and everything that is needed in an apartment, is available.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with infrared heating panels for colder days.

From the balcony you have views of the sea, the nature reserve and as well as the complex pool.

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental.

Towels for use at the pool and beach must be provided by the guests.

The beach "Playa de Sa Coma" is just a few minutes away. The well-kept bright fine sandy beach is very popular with families. The beach offers excellent bathing conditions and close to the beach  are  bars, restaurants and shops. Sporting activities can also be found everywhere along the beach.

The nature reserve "Punta de n'Amer", located just 5 minutes walk away on the peninsula between Sa Coma and Cala Millor, with the fortress "Castilo de la Punta de n'Amer" is a popular hiking destination. Horse riding excursions can also be booked at the nearby "Rancho".

The apartment complex is close to the city center, yet in a quiet area. It is surrounded by nature, beach and adventure activities, which include a nearby safari park and water park.
