April, May and October, mth.:     € 1300.-

Juni and September, mth.:            € 1400.-

Juli and August, mth.:                     € 1600.- 

Rental prices are for 2 persons.

3rd person (2 kids) plus 15%. 

1 Infant up to 3 yrs. is free of charge.

Surcharges:

End of service cleaning € 120.-

Children‘s bed linen €40.-

Electricity (Nov. - March)

Deposit, starting from €250.

Deposit:

25% on booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival plus security deposit.

Cancellation:

- 30 days before arrival full return of the deposit.
- from 14 days before arrival, no return of the deposit.
