Juni and September, mth.:            € 1350.-

Juli and August, mth.:                    € 1550.- 

Rental prices are for 2 persons.

3rd person (2 kids) plus 15%. 

1 Infant up to 3 yrs. is free of charge.

Surcharges:

Deposit, starting from € 200.

Deposit:

25% on booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival plus security deposit.

Cancellation:

- 30 days before arrival full return of the deposit.
- from 14 days before arrival, no return of the deposit.
