General House Rules:
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons plus 1 toddler.
Please treat the apartment with care.
Do not hang wet towels or clothes over the balcony railing, a clothes horse is available.
Please behave decently and quietly as it is also used by other owners.
You are allowed to use everything that is in the apartment.
Should you consume anything, i.e. washing powder, drinks or similar, they should be replenished.
Taking towels to the pool and beach is not allowed.
All waste has to be disposed of in the container on the street.
If something breaks, we have to be informed immediately.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be left clean and tidy.
The complex and pool area is quiet, as it is a "Private Area" and not a pure resort. Families live here who work during the day, so we ask our guests to respect this private and peaceful complex and to observe the pool and house rules.
